We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness - everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach – ideal if you want to take a stroll, eat out or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

We spent 7 wonderful nights in the villa and had an all-round relaxing time. The house was very clean, as was the pool – everything was regularly maintained. A big thank you to Mustafa, who was always there to help us with advice and action and helped us immediately with any questions. You should know that Yesilüzümlü is a rather remote place - just right for those who seek peace and simply want to switch off. If you want a bit of hustle and bustle, you can reach the centre of Fethiye in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. We can definitely recommend the villa and will be happy to come back!

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We went for the holiday. The house was clean and tidy as described. I can say that all the needs of a family of 4 were foreseen. There are local markets, workplaces and restaurants within walking distance. You can measure the distance to the sea and choose from a few options. Since it is very close to Fethiye center or Ölüdeniz by car, you can meet all your needs. We were very satisfied. The pool on the roof was very clean and useful. We spent most of our time at home here. We had no problems with Mr. Barış in terms of communication. He provided quick answers and quick solutions to problems. Thank you very much.

we stayed 4 nights in a stone villa. As someone who has spent many holidays in villas, it is the number one choice for us. Although we went early, a lady greeted us, she was Sinan's sister, she said the house was ready, we were very happy, we had a long way to go and we had a baby, it felt very happy not to have to wait for the house. She asked if we would like to have coffee, if we had any questions, she even told us the things I forgot to ask, she gave us information about the beaches we would go to or for food, she told us everything. As soon as I saw the house, I was fascinated, it was much more beautiful than the photos. You will fall in love with this beautiful house. All the details are so well thought out. Kitchenware is clean and everything is thought out. You can stay for a long time as if you were at home because believe me, everything is there as if there is an active life, as if a woman's hand touched it. There are enough towels. The garden, the water, the location, everything is very nice. We will choose it again because we couldn't get enough. They thought of everything for our baby. We thank Mr. Sinan for offering us such a beauty. I wish I could write more :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments. We were thinking of renting a villa, we rented this apartment at a cost of less than half the price and it was almost in the comfort of a villa. It deserved our money to the end, it is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

the house has a magnificent view, especially the time from the evening until the sunset is very enjoyable. It is good in terms of location, a little quieter than the mobility of the center, but close to everywhere.

Very good location, host responded quickly to messages and also gave recommendations for the area and answered questions. You were in the center in 10 minutes and could reach everything easily (restaurants, sea). House was clean, pool very beneficial especially for the children. We were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely come back.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there.
