In designing this villa, we had a sense of relaxation and serenity at heart and have fitted the bedrooms with jacuzzis where our valued guests can fully immerse their body in hot water while the sound of water flowing around you can stimulate an immense sense of mental tranquility and promote the best sleep of your life if you soak shortly before going to bed at night. The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Our comfortable apartment, located on the seafront at Fethiye Çalış Beach, accommodates up to 4 people. You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a pool view, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. It offers a pleasant holiday with private beach access, 7 swimming pools, a large terrace, a balcony with pool view and a BBQ area. All necessities are available, including 3 air conditioners, Wi-Fi (fiber internet), TV, laundry machine and dishwasher. The restaurant, cafe, grocery store, and spa are located within the complex.

The king bedroom has a 180x200 cm bed, bathroom, toilet, a luxury bathtub and an inner garden. There is a single bed in the children's room on the 2nd floor. Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
