The pool and garden are shared by only two villas. 2 bathrooms 2 toilets 2 floors, max 6 people 5-minute walk to Çalış beach 3-minute walk to the coastal esplanade, supermarket right next to it 10-minute walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market. We cannot accept guests who are all male.

You will stay in a villa with a detached garden that is very close to the city but away from the noise of the city. The villa is heated with underfloor heating in the winter months. You will be very comfortable with this feature. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious and especially the children will be very comfortable in this spacious and warm house.
