Located on the ground floor beside Els Filipinos, a distinctive Modernist house dating from 1906, the loft combines contemporary comfort with a setting rich in architectural character and local history. The apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished with a distinctive mix of design, comfort and personality. Bright and peaceful, it is ideal for couples or friends looking for a well-equipped base close to everything. The loft opens onto a private courtyard and garden, offering a calm outdoor space for breakfast, reading or an evening drink. The sleeping area features a zip-and-link bed with two separate mattresses that can be prepared either as twin beds or joined together as a king-size bed.
