Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). There is also a tuk tuk taxi available, please view enclosed information for contact. Please note there is a friendly young rescue dog that roams freely on the property. A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The cabin is situated right on the edge of the Bot River lagoon. Has a big garden and the views are fantastic! Within walking distance of the beach and close to communal pool and tennis courts. Cozy 2 bedroomed double-storey log cabin, with two bathrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed on the mezzanine. The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.
