Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

No words can describe our stay at Villa Natura, i am very happy Villa Natura team exceeded our expectations. I’m also happy that my family enjoyed their stay even my sister keeps on complimenting the place as it is very homey even my father wants the place and dreaming of same house in the future. Overlooking the Taal is one of the highlights of our stay! I also want to thank Villa Natura team for accomodating my request to change my booking last minute and giving me discount ☺️ We’re really looking forward to stay here again.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

It is a cute and cozy townhouse with the added bonus of a small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and the sleeping room was absolutely great! Overall, it is nicely furnished. As a digital nomad, I could work comfortably there. Good space for parking is also included. Everyone was very friendly, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The neighborhood in general had a very friendly vibe. At the end of the small sidestreet, there’s a fantastic Thai restaurant, as well as a Korean and Japanese restaurant beside. A Jollibee is also just around the corner. Smaller shops for fresh fruits and vegetables are close by, while the larger malls are a bit away but still manageable. I absolutely loved the place and could easily extend my stay. I can recommended!

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

Jen was very accommodating and considerate to our requests. It was a pleasure to meet kuya Diony as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended to family and friends! 🙏🙏🙏

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

good place and really helpfull person, but no double electrical plug as you can find everywhere, the flat is really well furnished, but the ac is not working properly :-/

It was very clean and the view outside was very pleasant to look at. The place was actually very comfortable to sleep at. The amenities listed there were complete and there were no troubles with the appliances & also the bathroom.

Found this gem of a place away from the main city. Quiet area, can't miss it from the main road, and no traffic. Big place with lots of air conditioned beds, an indoor living room, good kitchen amenities, clean bathrooms, great and clean pool, lots of parking spaces, and very friendly caretakers. Recommended alternative to tagaytay listings. It's a bit high up the hills so it can get cold and foggy here. Has nearby sari-sari stores for some last minute buys like soft drinks and snacks. Overall great stay.

Definitely a good catch, will surely return to this place, I really love the Lake View so relaxing sabayan mo pa ng malinis, mabango na room lalo na ung mga linens and pillows!!! Shout out din pala kay Ate Mae for very friendly tip regarding sa parking, very smart☺

Joanne was accommodating, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to great food spots, the ones inside could be better in terms of the food choices too. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend this Airbnb to friends looking for a top-notch experience.

We had one week stay at Werner's Place, We had a little trouble checking in as Airbnb was having some delays. They are relatively responsive when you need something, the place was Good and with complete kitchen appliances. Comfortable bed, I am glad I was able to work at night during my staycation at their place. I am leaving them 5 stars.

She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!
