Close to the main street of the village, amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, press, hairdressers, hiking trails, Lot Valley greenway...

Relax in this charming 30 m2 studio, annex of our house with independent entrance, located in a very quiet area and offering you a magnificent view, 5 minutes from all shops and 10 minutes from the city center of Cahors. Beautiful living room with a bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

This peaceful home in a green setting offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located less than an hour from the Dordogne and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot. The house is 5 minutes' drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no cars pass by at all) There is a 30m2 enclosed kennel.
