Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Calabarzon

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

Highly recommended. It is very close to everything like starbucks and mc donalds. They have complete cooking facilities. Best place to enjoy the cold weather in tagaytay. The place is bigger than I expected. You can enjoy netflix and grill with your family and friends. Surely a good place to stay in tagaytay.

I highly recommend this place for family gatherings. 1. The Host was responsive to inquiries. 2. The Staff (stayed at the place from 2PM - 8PM) was very accommodating and helpful. 3. The place was clean, organized and spacious (Every bedroom has its own CR, and TV, complete amenities: Towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils/ equipment). The place is perfect for relaxing. The home feels like a cottage with a pool and a huge garden. The kitchen is very spacious for preparing food and the rooms were big as well. They were very accommodating and answered all the questions we had.

The house was nice, homey, spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking is just enough for 2-3 SUVs. We loved how conveniently located it was. We stayed for 3 nights. Too bad it rained during almost our entire stay so we really weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Taal lake, as well as the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and patio. But overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Its a great deal. The place is huge! very nice and neat! easy check in! it has 2 balconies with a perfect view of the pool! very relaxing! really worth the price. The adults and kids enjoyed staying in this place it has lots of toys playstation and a real play area (jenga, snakes and ladder and more) Host mary is very responsive and proactive! Always making sure if we are okay or we need anything..

We had so much fun staying at Debbie's place. They have everything we needed and even have complimentary water, coffee and tissues. Place was so clean and their caretaker Ms. Celia was a very nice person. We will definitely come back.

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

Spacious place for a great price. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen, living area great for binge-watching. Interior has industrial vibe and lots of character. Lots of storage space too. Place had towels, tissues, and shampoo, but no slippers and other toiletries (better to bring them yourselves instead). Best part is they provided a gallon of water!!!! Location is great and had a parking slot free of charge.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

You’ll find everything you need here. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. There are signs that the furniture has been used but overall, it is clean. Some spaces can be improved in order to maximize what they can offer. You don't need to worry on getting sunburns when swimming during the day as the trees will provide a shade to the pool. (Best part) Going to the place is very easy. Although you might face some challenges if you are coming from Antipolo City proper as an exclusive subdivision will not let you pass their access roads, even the food deliveries. Will be keeping this resort as one of my options when planning a staycation or parties. :)

From easy to find the location then self check in we just had the problem in the water at our rooms didn't open immediately, but it just that overall experience was great. definitely will come back to this place!

The place is nice and clean, the host and caretakers are friendly, accommodating and responsive. The place is huge as well so you have space for activities. The view is also nice and relaxing because there are a lot of trees inside the compound. We hope to visit again :)
