Private suite holiday rentals in Calabarzon

Photos don’t do justice - first time in Lipa, but fell in love with the province in big part to Max’s home and hospitality. The area is so cool cause of the mountain breeze - the trees swaying sounded so much like waves. So so serene. Spent my mornings sipping coffee by the couch (which overlooks this large field), my sibling playing pool, and my dog running around freely. Felt like its own serene world. A big thank you to Kuya Mac Mac - who is also an amazing cook and helped us so much. 🙂 On to creature comforts: There’s private parking, the rooms are cozy, it’s a gated compound (so safe! they give you a remote for the gate so you can come and go whenever), there’s a proper closet, internet was great (I was able to take calls), spacious bathroom, lots of private spots (like, if you want a break from your group - there’s a small living space by the balcony besides the room), and Solar-heated shower. We’re definitely coming back. 🙂

Staying with Emily was a pleasure. She has a kind soul and is extremely accommodating. She brought me coffee in the morning, a guitar to strum on and had great suggestions on what to do. She also respected my privacy. It’s a very safe area and very accessible by a Grab or any other app. Thanks again!

Amazing place. much better than I expected. The place is very clean and had a very homely feel. Communication from the host was easy. The building itself is highly secure and 1 minute walk to Eastwood Citywalk. I highly recommend this place.

Hosts are very responsive with my inquiries. Ms Lourdes and Sir Norman are also nice and approachable. They have welcomed us and explain the different facilities and wereabouts. They also gave us some sulit tips about the foods :) They even assisted us in the Beach Club. The room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is complete with utensils and cookingwares. They even provided free 5 gallons of water. We are very satisfied with this booking and looking forward to be able to return again in the future. Will definitely recommend this with friends and relatives. Thank you so much po! :)

The place is near the stores and church which is very convenient and they are so kind to let us stay ahead and my kids are enjoying playing billiards. Ate Riezel the caretaker is very accommodating and we felt home . Its very spacious and affordable. Thank u so much

Dalaruan Homestay offered a wonderful and memorable stay. Hosts Joy and Rey were knowledgeable and helpful, providing suggestions for where to visit and arranging boat and tuk tuk transportation. They treated us so kindly that we felt part of the family. Very lovely accommodation on the water, in the village of Dalaruan. We enjoyed great snorkeling, beaches, and waterfalls nearby. We hope to visit again!

Great place to stay, a lot of establishments nearby

Stayed for an overnight and we love it! It has a nice surroundings and it’s clean too. The view is remarkable as well as the neighborhood. The host is accommodating and she makes sure that everything is fine from check-in to check-out as well. We’ll book it again the next time we visit! I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The place is absolutely amazing. I've stayed many places in the past and this was the best experience I've ever had. perfect for 2 people, clean, quiet and the hosts were great. The place is a in a local area but for us it was better that way. There are plenty of smalls stores nearby and is a short walk from the highway. Despite only a few reviews we decided on this place and were not disappointed at all. would definitely stay here again. Thank you again to the hosts for making this such a memorable experience.

I had such a peaceful stay at this wonderful place surrounded by trees and the soothing breeze of the wind. The atmosphere was incredibly calming and made for perfect getaway. Paul and his parents were very helpful offering assistance during the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back and rebook. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing place to stay. It’s a new building, very modern and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everything you could need for essentials and food. The host was very attentive and amazing, 6 stars if there were 6 available

Our family of 5 people stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation. We really enjoyed everything about this place. The beds were comfortable, hot water and A/C worked well, internet was good too. The home had everything we needed, and Jasmin was quick to bring over anything if we asked. Her family is wonderful and great hosts. The area is beautiful, with orchids growing outside and bananas everywhere. You're basically right in the jungle. We even woke up to monkeys outside our window one morning. It does mean that there are ants frequently in the home, but that's fairly normal just about anywhere on the islands. Jasmin helped us get a private boat for island hopping and snorkeling one day too, and it was at a very affordable price – the best day of our trip. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

Great find. Good wifi, good data signal, very clean place. Place is big enough for 10 people.

The place was very accessible. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and even a grocery. Transportation was great as it was easy to pin on Grab and it was along the route of local public transport. I was able to walk from MoA to the place in 30 minutes, granted that I'm a short woman. The host was very responsive to questions and even offered to assist us with parking if we were to bring a car. She provided us a steamer for our clothes when we requested it. The place was mostly clean and didn't have any distinct smell or strong fragrance which was great for our rhinitis. The view was good from the balcony, too. Beds were enough to fit all 5 of us. The toilet was a bit cramped but it was to be expected. I liked the shower head the most. Overall, our stay was comfortable and very convenient. From the booking to the check-in all the way to the check out, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place and would definitely book this again if we ever need to stay in the area.
