I really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is ideal for a longer stay. Yes, in the hotel opposite, there is sometimes loud music or children who stay up longer, but I would say that everything is within reason. Good bus connection to Portocristo (next largest supermarket & gym), the local supermarket is within walking distance and the sun on the balcony is a dream for a lunch break. Once I had Internet problems, so I had to go to the beach. Christian took care of it immediately and then it was fine again. Otherwise, the Internet connection works perfectly! Video calls via Zoom & Teams as well as phone calls to Germany are possible. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also really appreciated the on-site parking, which was very convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The bar and restaurant on-site serve delicious food and drinks, and the coffee is truly excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Palma!

We had a great time very exotic, the accommodation is very good 👍 We enjoyed the very well maintained pool. We were happy with the well-equipped accommodation all for the holiday umbrellas, beach towels.... The only downside there is no coffee maker but we went on foot to drink our morning coffee in the city center which is within 10 minutes it was nice 😜 We found space to park every time I thank very much Svetlana for allowing us to stay longer we had to leave by 12pm we left at 5pm we were able to enjoy the beach until the last moment. We had an unforgettable 7 days. Mallorca is a must! Thank you so much for our perfect summer honeymoon trip 👍

We had a wonderful time, in Astrid's beautiful and very comfortable house. It's a luxurious annex right next to their own house. Nevertheless, you have complete privacy. At the same time, the host is easy to reach at any time and extremely friendly. The finca is located on a hill above Manacor. The drive there takes about 12-15 minutes over small, winding roads. If you are looking for peace and comfort in an extensive property created by botanical standards, this is the place to be. A truly recommended oasis.
