Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The house is about 80 square meters, has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and two bedrooms. All rooms face the street, providing lots of natural light. This house is a typical old house, all reformated in front line of Portocolom, it is so charming and so nice to live in there, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views from the big jacuzzi like a little pool, on the rooftop Is a house to dream, with airaconditioned in the main suite and with portable air acondition in the rest of the rooms, really nice house to enjoy summer and winther with his central heating.

TRADITION, NATURE AND PEACE. It is a Mallorcan country house that is more than 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" formed by 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It is an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Finca Son Salom, Santanyí, Es Llombards

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.
