Monthly Rentals in Cala Biniancolla

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house with a perfect view of the sea. prado was very helpful, very flexible and friendly. she always took great care of our needs and it was easy to communicate with her. we would like to thank her once again.

Very good welcome from Olivier, very responsive. Very kind, full of advice. Renovated house with super-equipped kitchen. Modern house, with sleek furniture. Magnificent unobstructed view of the sea. Terrace with sea view and 2 nd terrace on the courtyard side with electric bus. Small pool but allows you to relax if you don't want to go to the nearby beach. Garage access sometimes complicated when others park at the entrance. There is no absolute silence. I heard the neighbour showering (outside) at 6 a.m. I don't know what the street noise is like in July and August. Probably disturbing because the main bedroom is facing the road (very little traffic on the car side). Punta Prisma, a seaside resort without charm. Direct access to the hiking trail.
