Monthly Rentals in Cahuenga Pass

This is an absolutely gorgeous space, and is bigger in person than it appears in the pictures. Very peaceful area with an amazing forest view, I would absolutely stay here again if I needed an extended stay in the Hills.

Perfect little studio with everything you need. We could not have wished for a better place to spend our 7 weeks in LA. Thank you Tina for being an amazing host! We hope to come back next year.

We never got a chance to stay at Andrew’s Airbnb for our planned overnight visit to Hollywood Hills, due to significant flight delays. I was forced to cancel our stay the day of the reservation. I contacted Andrew in the early AM, explained the situation, and he was swift and fair in handling it. I am looking forward to a future stay there as my schedule permits.

Excellent location I must say. Very historical building. Fred and Xinlin were great host and very responsive. For the next guest I just want to advise them to be extra cautious while climbing down the stairs at night as it gets dark and the are narrow where I tripped. Parking is always available and very close to all the hotspots of LA. Overall great place to stay while you’re in LA.
