Take a break and relax in this peaceful corner. This bright studio equipped with air conditioning is brightened by birdsong, and all the essences that surround it make this place charming. I will greet you with Venus, my young dog, a very endearing boxer! 45 minutes from the beaches (Hossegor, Labenne), 10 minutes from the A64 (Peyrehorade exit), 12 minutes from Dax, 45 minutes from Biarritz Airport, at the top of the hill it is located in a village, Cagnotte, starting point for walks.

Equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee machine, HD TV, washing machine and Wi-Fi. Bed and bath linens provided (2 towels, 2 gloves and bath mat). Your bed will be ready upon your arrival!! The Foch thermal baths are located just below the studio. Close to all amenities (thermal baths, restaurants, tourist office, casino) Rental for stay or treatments.

Modern studio in old farmhouse in Yzosse

Apartment with modern amenities in an old decor benefiting from its small terrace and parking space. It is small but functional with top-notch bedding. This apartment is adjoining our house which can cause noise in the morning because of our 3 children. Fortunately it's not every day but they are children so it can happen🤷‍♀️. The outside is not fully enclosed for runaway animals, it is not ideal. Enjoy your stay with us. 😊

Independent studio, quiet and not overlooked

This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.
