Complete tranquility 10 min from downtown Mpls and very close to both U of MN campus. Lively, friendly neighborhood in walking distance to grocery store, gift shops, wine shop, yoga studio, coffee shops and great restaurants.

St. Paul near UofM/State Fair (with garage space)

Welcome to your retreat from the State Fair, or your in-laws. Located in Falcon Heights, this space was designed for my parents to use during their returns to Minnesota, and is perfect for a couple needing a place that is convenient to the Twin Cities. A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

Cute apartment in St Paul across from Como Park! Como has it all including Como Lake, bike trails, picnic areas, ball fields, restaurants, and even a zoo! Beautiful mature oaks and green space out the front door with plenty of room to roam or hang out in a hammock and enjoy the day. This apartment has a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of on-street parking available with bike lanes and public transit nearby. Como Park is centrally located in St Paul.

Modern, stylish, kid friendly 3 bed, 1 bath home.

Our home is within walking distance of the MN State Fairgrounds and Como Park! Perfect if you are a fan of the fair or have a wedding/event at the Como Conservatory. This space doubles as a photography studio and has tons of natural light. We highly recommend taking a soak in the clawfoot tub. It doubles as a shower, please use inner curtain. Not the best fit for mobility issues. This home was built in 1900, so it has the old charm and woodwork, but AC/Heat and modern amenities.

Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.
