Beautiful, clean apartment located down the street from the Coliseum. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Really enjoyed our stay.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en la cuadra hay un súper abierto 24 hrs. Está a 1 cuadra del coliseo y se ve el mismo desde todos los ambientes. La comunicación fue fluida y tanto el ingreso como el egreso rápido y sin inconvenientes. El anfitrión dejó una carpeta con información sobre lugares para comer, mapas, etc. El puntaje no es perfecto porque el sillón cama del 2do cuarto es muy incómodo, queda sobre el piso (lo q complica levantarse) y es súper duro y las maderas se sienten en la espalda, este punto se repite en varios comentarios y lo comprobamos. Tal vez necesita un poco de inversión en los baños, es incómoda la ducha del baño principal porque se moja todo al no tener ninguna cortina o protección.

Federica and her home were just perfect! Her communication was flawless and extremely helpful. She gave us a ton of recommendations for restaurants, sites and how best to get around. The location was just as fabulous with great views of the coliseum! When staying there, you must visit “Ristocaffe Vecchia Roma” just next door for amazing coffees, pastries, pasta and more! Highly recommended! A few tips from our experience: 1. There’s a great grocery store with plenty of organic options just across the street. 2. Trash disposal is located at the end of the street — only a 1-minute walk away. 3. You’ll find many excellent restaurants within a 1–5 minute walk. 4. The Colosseum is just a 5-minute walk. Try going early in the morning to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and soak in the history. 5. If you’re craving Chinese food, Hangzhou Restaurant is about 10 minutes away by taxi. It has over 40 years of history, and the owner is a well-known figure in the local Chinese community. 强烈推荐！也分享一些我们的亲身体验： 1. 街对面就有一家很棒的超市，有很多有机食品可选。 2. 垃圾投放点在街道尽头，步行1分钟即可到达。 3. 周边1到5分钟步行范围内有很多不错的餐厅。 4. 步行5分钟即可到达斗兽场。建议清晨前往，可以安静地感受历史的氛围。 5. 如果想吃中餐，推荐“杭州饭店”，打车约10分钟可达。这家餐厅有40多年历史，老板娘在当地华人社区很有影响力。

Fantastic host - Diana was very responsive and provided lots of great recommendations. Very close to the colosseum and restaurants. Place was perfect for our family of four.

Wonderful flat in a perfect location, well equipped for a long stay. Very comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant sitting room. The host was super polite and arranged an additional cleaning at his expense. The flat is in a truly perfect spot but it is also very quiet. One of the best trattoria (da teo) is right opposite it. Would wholeheartedly recommend even for a longer stay - Grazie

Anfitriona muy amable y simpática, pendiente de nosotros durante la semana que estuvimos en Roma. La casa limpia, sábanas y toallas limpias, con juego de toallas de más por si lo necesitamos. A unos 15-20 minutos caminando al Coliseo. Estuvimos en junio y hacía mucho calor , pero descansamos muy bien al tener aire acondicionado tanto en la habitación como en el salón (sofá-cama) Paradas de autobús en las proximidades para ir a sitios más alejados. The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

El apartamento es igual a las fotos, tiene lo necesario y es bastante cómodo. La ducha es algo pequeña. El barrio no es el más bonito de Roma y está algo retirada del centro, sin embargo hay cerca varias paradas de tren y bus. El entorno es muy muy romano, nada turístico.

Loved staying at Laura’s! The apartment had the most beautiful view of colosseum and further out you can sport the Peter’s church! we had everything we needed. And Laura was very responsive, which was amazing for any questions we had. From the location it was easy to go everywhere or take public transportation. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
