Holiday rentals with breakfast in Caelian Hill

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Giulia was a lovely host, extremely helpful and kind. Check in worked out flawlessly. The apartment is located close to public transport which made exploring the city easy. I would totally recommend this stay for anybody who wants to see rome!

Uma experiência incrível . O bairro é distante do centro mais na esquina já tem o metrô que te conecta com tudo. Tudo muito limpo, lugar totalmente equipado, tem tudo que precisamos. O que mais gostei foi que mesmo eu nao falando italiano consegui conversar super bem com a Rosetta. Ela deixou um cafezinho delicioso também para nós. Com certeza vou indicar e vou voltar. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Byt je menší, ale velmi útulný. Skvělá vířivka s laditelným osvětleným. Velmi pohodlná postel, nechtělo se nám ani vstávat. 🙂 20 min na metro, ale kdo by se v Římě neprošel, takže i lokalitu beru vcelku za dobrou. Hostitel je skvělý, dokáže nabídnout i něco navíc. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Vřele doporučuji. 👌✌️✌️

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Nous avons passé un week-end en amoureux dans ce bel appartement. Le logement a été récemment rénové, très propre , spacieux, et facile d’accès, proche, commerce et métro. Nous recommandons ce logement. Andréa a été très réactif et a répondu à l’ensemble de nos interrogations. Merci à lui.

Loredana is one of the best host that we have ever met. She is very generous, thoughtful, and kind. Her place is pretty close to train station, lots of eating places, and convenient to go around by walking, train or buses. My family enjoyed our stay in Rome and Loredana definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us !

Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Sie ist super sauber, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und befindet sich nur 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, welche einen in wenigen Minuten in das Zentrum von Rom befördert. Man fühlt sich in der Wohnung direkt wohl und an warmen Tagen hilft einen die Klimaanlage bestens weiter. Das einzige was etwas schwierig war, ist die Suche nach einem Parkplatz, aber das beeinflusst unsere Bewertung nicht. Der Kontakt zu Annamaria war immer klasse. Man musste nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Wir hätten unsere Koffer am Tag vom Check-Out sogar noch in der Wohnung lassen können bis unser Flug geht. Also aus unserer Sicht ganz klar ein großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank für die nette Einweisung am ersten Tag und dass wir in der Unterkunft sein durften.😊 Wir können euch die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

What a fantastic, quiet, and clean place! It was just about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum as well. The bus stop is just right in front of the apartment, and then the tram station is just a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of options food right near the place as well. But still, it’s in a residential area so it’s calm and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We werden allerhartelijkst ontvangen door Elena. Heel fijn omdat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het appartement voldoet aan alle basis elementen. en het is schoon en opgeruimd. er was zelfs voor een ontbijtje gezorgd voor de volgende ochtend. Dichtbij het appartement ligt een fijn park, wat heerlijk is na een drukke dag in het overweldigende Rome. Elena zorgde met haar vriendelijke en vrolijke noot voor de kers op de taart van ons verblijf. Ze gaf daadwerkelijk uitdrukking aan wat gastvrijheid is.

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

I was really happy mit stay at Silvia B&B. The room was exactly like the photo. The location is perfect. It’s only about 5 minutes walk to colloseum. There are a lot of nice restaurants around.

La camera in cui ho soggiornato è in un appartamento di 3 camere. La mia aveva il bagno interno. Arredata con gusto e accessoriata di tutto. Pulita e curata, con tv wi-fi e sistema di condizionamente. Ho trovato in camera anche alcuni prodotti senza glutine per la colazione, visto che sono celiaca. Check in e check out senplici, con possibilita di lasciare i bagagli prima o dopo a seconda degli orari di arrivo e partenza. Riccardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato indicazioninsia per i luoghi da visitare che i locali in cui mangiare. Consigliato a pieni voti!

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easily accessible by Metro Line A …just 5-10 minutes of walk. Smooth check-in with a calm environment. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. 非常方便，房东回消息及时，热情，房间也很舒适。晚上很安静，交通便利，住在这里可以很轻易地到达斗兽场。需要自备牙膏牙刷，然后插座用欧标就可以。房间很干净，宽敞舒适，单独的洗手间非常方便。早餐需要到附近的咖啡馆，提供一杯咖啡和一个面包。

Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio di Valeria. Gli spazi sono tutti pulitissimi, anche il bagno impeccabile. La posizione è strategica e si trova a pochi passa dalla fermata Lucio Sestio della Metro A, dunque ben connesso anche al centro città. Valeria è una nostra stupenda: disponibilissima e attenta all’ospite, saprà accontentare tutte le vostre esigenze anche per la colazione. Spero di tornarci.

Serena was the sweetest host ever! She was already waiting at the door to welcome us, and with some freshly cut fruits - cos the heat was unbearable at Roma. Since there is no kitchen at the apartment, we requested if she could provide us some basic utensils and she immediately helped us with that. She also bought us some warm cream croissants the day we left <3 The lemon tree garden was perfect for us to chill and hang out. Serena is a beautiful soul! Conversations with her just made the stay even more worth it :)
