An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. For Provence lovers, for wine amateurs, nature and culture lovers, Lovely Apartment (40 m2) located in the heart of the Cru classified Cairanne vineyard . Perfect starting point of walks and excursions : Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, Provençal villages (Seguret, Rasteau…), Vaison-la-Romaine (15 mins along a nice little road through the wineyards) and Avignon ( 45 mins). Pleasant setting : view over the ancient village, new swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners)

Cottage with pool in a green setting

Detached house, located in the countryside on our aborated property, near our Provencal farmhouse, where you can relax as close as possible to nature in a green setting . You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, etc.). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

La Perle du Gré in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan (26)

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Mon Cabanon

Roquemaure, near Avignon in the heart of the Cotes du Rhône vineyards. Small cocooning house near Avignon, the Vaucluse department, but also the Uzès region, Pont du Gard and Nîmes. On the ground floor, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet; Upstairs 1 master bedroom with 160 bed and 1 walk-in shower. A large terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and Château Neuf du Pape will allow you to have a pleasant relaxing time.

Villa Julio

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

70 m2 accommodation in the Provence countryside

70 m2 accommodation located at 181 Chemin Autignac in the municipality of Piolenc in the Vaucluse. You will have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a child, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. A fully fenced shaded park of about 2000 m2 will also be at your disposal. The apartment is attached to our home. No worries about parking. The pool is accessible from June.

"Les Pierres Hautes" Lodge

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...

Large terrace and 300 m2 wooded garden, large trampoline for children. 2 parking spaces No pets allowed. Parties are not allowed.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
