Everything is clean and organized in the residence, excellent house infrastructure, we want to return next year and it will be our accommodation again!

Castro was always very kind, welcomed us very well and was always available to answer questions. Always responded super fast on WhatsApp. We got caught in unexpected traffic on the way and he was very understanding, waiting for us for hours to check in... The house is perfect! It has all the necessary utensils to spend a great weekend with the family. Everything is brand new, super well taken care of, it's a pleasure to see! Congratulations on everything! Everything was wonderful! We will definitely return more often! In fact, for those who want to stay to visit Canção Nova, I highly recommend this house! We spent around 20 minutes from the house to Canção Nova, taking it easy and enjoying the road. Castro taught us another route a little longer than the Waze one, but on paved road the whole time!

The house is spacious with a yard and large rooms. Parking space for one car in the garage. A home with privacy! My son was born while I was living here. I will always remember this house with the best possible feelings. Recommended for any families. Impossible to be disappointed. We stayed in the house for a long time and I honestly thought about buying the house more than once. Book it! And Rent it! I repeat, it's impossible to regret it.

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

The location is privileged, as it is just a few minutes from Canção Nova. Another important aspect is its location near restaurants and the commercial area in general. If you want to travel around the "Religious Tourist Circuit", you can do this very quickly because everything is close by. Campos do Jordão is a good option to visit, as it is approximately an hour and 20 minutes by car from Ronaldo's property, and you can spend the day there and return in the late afternoon. I consider the property an excellent choice.
