This is already the third time we have been in this house and once again, we have had an excellent experience! The sea view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well taken care of, clean and cozy — all exactly as in the pictures. The check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to return always. We recommend with eyes closed!

We were kindly received by D. Terezinha, the apartment matches the description, well airy, clean and organized. As we stayed for 5 days, we requested and had changed towels. Quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket nearby, in addition to several other shops. Access right in front of the beach, has parasol and chairs rentals. You can walk to the neighboring beaches of Canasvieiras and Ponta das Canas.

Excellent department. Large, well located (coming and going to the beach was a matter of a few seconds), well equipped, the spectacular pool. We went with my family (5 adults, 3 minors). The treatment of Jura and Luisa impeccable. We came back super compliant. In addition, lagohina is one of the best of the whole island. We will surely return.

Sandra's accommodation is excellent! very clean, organized, new furniture, equipped with everything that is needed for a great experience. In addition, Sandra and her husband were always present, by messages and in person, to help with whatever was needed, including having problems with my vehicle and they gave me great directions that solved my problem. We thank you very much for your attention and we will certainly come back one day!

The apartment is very nice and bright, the balcony with a jacuzzi grill and an incredible view of the hill and its vegetation. The neighborhood is quiet and has good food a few blocks away, and supermarkets for cooking at home. Highly recommended !!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience! Great value for money, I found everything clean and fragrant, the host is great at communicating, the location is as shown in the photos, you have to walk a good distance to access the beach, I didn't find it as close as I imagined due to the information, but close to the trendiest beaches in Florianópolis, I recommend it.
