Holiday rentals with a patio in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus Beach

Chris was amazing! His place is so cute and surrounded by nature. Even though it was cloudy when we went, everything still looked so beautiful & magical! It was fun, peaceful, and just what we needed. We’d love to stay again!

I'm lucky to travel to several countries and many Airbnbs throughout the year. But I've never come across an apartment as well-equipped as Tais'. The level of equipment it has is impressive. Everything works perfectly, the quality of the appliances, the comfort of the bed (I am 1.8m and weigh 105kg, I find it difficult to sleep comfortably, but here I have been able to rest very well!). Everything is awesome. Tais responds quickly. She even gave us a complimentary housekeeping in the middle of our stay. The complex where the apartment is located is of an excellent standard, an incredible pool and 24-hour monitored security. If we go back to Cachoeira, I have no doubt that we will return to this apartment!

Great experience! The apartment is well located, comfortable, well equipped and easy to access. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, snack bars and restaurants close by. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to the messages. We'll be back soon.

We were with my family the last week of February 2025. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and nice. Air conditioning in all rooms. TVs with platforms like Netflix. Washer with dryer great for longer stays. Huge terrace and with a wonderful view of the pool, a part of the sea and towards hills covered in vegetation. The condo, resort-like, was extraordinary. They had a huge pool and inside the same enclosure, next to the pool a bar/restaurant with very recommended food and drinks. Additionally, on the side of the resort, there is a platform that leads directly to Playa Ponta das Canas. A truly spectacular beach,sea of warm water without waves (ideal for being with children) and very little crowded. We really marveled at the place. Additionally, Manuela, always attentive to our messages. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great apartment, matched the photos, clean, organized, new furniture and utensils. Rodrigo and Sélia were extremely attentive and cordial. Anyway, I recommend the hosts and the apartment.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

Junior was very open to welcoming us! We felt at home quickly! The house has an incredible garden and outdoor space and the street is very quiet with a small square nearby to enjoy nature.

My family and I love the house, Silvia is very attentive and kind, we were 4 couples and as there are only 3 suites, she provided a double mattress and we put it in the living room. Very cozy place, for those who like tranquility it is the ideal place 🤌

A perfect stay! The house is very beautiful and pleasant, with everything very new and clean. The activity options are the perfect complement, in addition to the barbecue which is very beautiful and cozy. Everything perfect!

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

Everything was impeccable: clean, organized and fragrant. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and well-maintained. Luxury and nature. We really enjoy the contact with the animals, the surrounding nature and the vegetable garden, which is a differential. It was a major renovation! It is an excellent environment for resting, studying and home office, our needs for those dates — very comfortable, with fast and stable internet, which made everything easier. The experience was great from start to finish. We recommend it and will definitely return.

The days we spent at the Cabana were wonderful, a charming place surrounded by nature. The Cabana is charming and very cozy, we felt at home. Andrea is a great host, she welcomed us very well. Very well located, close to the market, grocery store, close to Lagoa da Conceição. It was very practical to travel to the beaches of both the south and north of the island. I definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely return on other occasions.

I highly recommend this space. Ample, organized, clean. Great garage tb. Very fast communication with Flávia and his mother, who answered me. I did not know Cachoeira do Bom Jesus and I intend to go back.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

It is a very comfortable and large apartment. The place has many amenities. The corresponding parking is chico, a large vehicle does not come in, it does not turn it. The complex is beautiful and the path to the beach is. Lidia's response is instantaneous, she is always attentive. The place is super safe.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, spacious and large, it has a privileged view, exit to the beach directly from the building, excellent hosts very collaborative and eager to help in what you ask them 10/10, I would go again without a doubt.

Great value for money, I found everything clean and fragrant, the host is great at communicating, the location is as shown in the photos, you have to walk a good distance to access the beach, I didn't find it as close as I imagined due to the information, but close to the trendiest beaches in Florianópolis, I recommend it.

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
