wonderful house, it had everything you needed. We had a great time, close to the business district.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would only add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. There were 3 adults and two children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Marcelly answered us always quickly and took all our doubts. The space is very beautiful and cozy.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

We loved our stay. We were greeted with a delicious breakfast. The house is super modern and cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea. The outdoor area and the gourmet area were decorated with great taste, as well as the whole house. Super complete, we didn't miss anything. we will definitely come back more often. The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. Alvorada da Marina is an amazing place! Spacious and perfect for those looking for tranquility and silence. The location is good changed as it is close to the city's main trade. The view from the living room is a panorama of the sea and the unforgettable sunset! I highly recommend…

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described. The house is very close to the Centre and we took some walks without needing to use the car. The accommodation is also close to the routes to the beaches of Balneário. I recommend it!

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even a fridge to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block from the place. I definitely recommend this accommodation and would choose it again!

The apartment is super cozy, spacious and very well located, close to the beach, markets, pharmacies and great restaurants. Everything was very practical and comfortable. Gabriel was an excellent host, always helpful, attentive and full of good tips. He answered all our questions quickly and very clearly. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Manuela’s beautiful home! The decor is absolutely stunning—straight out of a magazine. Every detail felt carefully curated. The house is not only gorgeous but also very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the gourmet barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

One of the best, if not the best accommodation that my fiancé and I have ever been in my life. Maria Eduarda and her husband Eduardo were extremely welcoming, they gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places, outside that the apartment was amazing, we loved the projector and the games available to us. It was a short but memorable stay. I definitely recommend and we will come back more often, made us feel at home and welcomed. The people who still have doubts about going or not, just go and prepare for a wonderful stay, worth every penny.
