Beachfront holiday rental in Cabo Frio

Gabriel was a great host, I recommend him to everyone, I have nothing to complain about. Very helpful and attentive. The location is easily accessible, the building is clean and the neighbours are polite. Nearby there is everything, from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, not to mention that Dunas beach is about 3 minutes away, Forte beach is also easily accessible, we also went to Pontal beach and Prainha in Arraial do Cabo, it was less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Peró beach and Conchas beach, it is less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Ilha do Japonês, in short everything nearby, easy to find Uber and iFood. Fast internet, television with platforms. Gratitude! Until next time🙏

Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; being feriadão, with the city packed with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, including the children . One drawback was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the issue, but the signal remained intermittent despite the effort of Fabio to try to resolve the issue. It would be good if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but in general, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate Mr. Cláudio's attention and availability, including for check-out, prompt and on time at 6:30 a.m.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

I simply loved the flat! It exceeded all expectations. Everything is very clean, fragrant and extremely cozy, the kind of place that makes you feel at home and want to stay longer. The structure is excellent, with total comfort, drinking fountain, coffee maker with coffee powder and sugar available, and clean and extremely fragrant bed linen. The location is also a strong point: close to several bars and restaurants, just 3 minutes from the crossing to Ilha do Japonês and very close to Praia do Forte and Praia de São Matheus, you can walk easily. Another detail that caught my attention was the total assistance of Letícia, super attentive and ready to help whenever I needed, and the privacy guaranteed with insulfilm on the window, which made the stay even more peaceful. Without a doubt, a place I highly recommend and that I already want to return to!

Giuliana and Daniela extremely kind. Edna, the helper and cook , makes up the soul of the house. It was well worth it and we want to go back!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, everything was clean and fragrant... I felt at home. Even though it's in the back, it was really worth it, because the building itself faces the beach and has direct access to the sea. The host Célia was super attentive and made herself available in case we needed anything. No doubt about it: we'll be back more often!!!

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the Forte beachfront takes you to the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 out of 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable shoes for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

The location is unbeatable. It is right next to the beach, with great restaurants serving Minas Gerais food, pharmacies and lots of shops nearby. The hosts were very communicative and check-in was easy. The kitchen is complete, ready to prepare homemade meals. The place is very private, comfortable and spacious. I loved my stay here!
