Extremely pleasant space, all very well cared for, super clean from the apartment to the impeccable condominium. The host, Allan very kind and flexible. The condominium's common areas are extremely pleasant. For those who want quiet days, enjoying a perfect view is the ideal place, the space is excellent for children the always warm pool and the sea very calm which gives security. I will certainly be staying in Allan's flat again.

Felipe is a good host, very concerned about his customers, he was always ready to respond and help. The only reservation is regarding the bed linen cleaning company, despite the maid being very kind, the bed linen was stained and the polyester towel does not dry anything. Everything was changed at Felipe's request, which pleased me. The only bad thing is the position of the toilet. At 1.82m tall, I couldn't use the toilet in the correct position, I always had to use it sideways.

I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!

The location is very easy to find and close to most beaches. Édson is a great host, very easy to communicate with, we had a super flexible check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we don't miss anything. It is super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is freezing in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of sight, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets there in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised are the staff of the building, extremely polite and requested. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate. The only complaint we have is that Édypo didn't let us stay any longer! 🤣 We spend 1 month and we wanted more, but there it is so good that there was no more vacancy!! We will definitely be back soon!

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for a night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noises, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were in 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. I recommend the apartment and the condominium is a true paradise, foot in the sand, wonderful beach, our daughters love the pools, the toy library, zip line, it's worth it! We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
