We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. God willing, we'll stay again more often.

I found everything consistent with the ad. I found the environment to be very clean and organised. Everything is very easy and functional... I thought the bedroom spaces are ideal for dealing with travel bags... there are no wardrobes, but all the available supports are very useful... The host was very helpful when I needed him, responded quickly and was ready to meet my demands. The location is great, it's only second to the beachfront... I was pleased!

We really like it... The apt is good, airy, suitable, very well located, close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, all clean and organized. The very helpful host Laerte, always attentive, responds quickly. The beach is quiet, good for bathing and leisure, and the apto offers beach equipment: umbrella and beach chairs. Prédio does not have a 24h concierge and apt only offered 1 copy of the keys, which somewhat restricted the mobility of the group. Overall, our family loved the stay, recommend it, and we'll be back again.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as is in the pictures, the host was your sister Veronica, very attentive. The location itself of the Poço beach found it great, easy access and offers varied typical foods. The ap is close to the mall, but by car! No others was a great stay and yes we can return. Gratitude Veronica!

We love the accommodation. Besides the apartment being very complete and comfortable, the structure of the building is actually very good! The gym has great equipment and the breakfast included in the daily was a hand in the wheel, in addition to being well completed and well done. A really amazing place, everything was described in the announcement, communication with Ulysses was top quality, always responded quickly, extremely kind and polite. De Intermares I have nothing to talk about because I am suspicious, but of the simply perfect apartment, privacy note mil, cleaning and especially security. Swimming pool and gourmet area. The view , ideal location , facing the sea but a quieter part and at the same time close to good restaurants in the Jardim Oceania neighborhood. Close to the Bessa grill for evening shows. Pretty decor, well-equipped ,even a dishwasher.

Luciana's flat experience was perfect! The space corresponds to what is advertised and surprises. Impeccable furniture and cleaning, essential accessories and utensils, stunning ocean views and ideal footage. My husband and I, we feel at home, it's clear that they take care of the flat with great affection. Luciana is very kind and super solicitous, as is Mr. Rafael, host, who was available for any eventuality and gave us all the necessary instructions. The region is perfect for those who want quiet with a foot in the sand. The flat is close to the main avenue of Intermares where you can find all types of commerce, besides being close to the Bessa neighborhood, which gives access to João Pessoa. We just have to say thank you, it was a wonderful experience.

Apartment with an excellent location, comfortable, cozy, fully air-conditioned and with a spectacular view. The beach is excellent and you just have to cross the street to be able to walk and or enjoy the delicious and quiet Bessa beach. Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are very close. We'll be back, for sure!

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, furniture and household items all new. With a direct view of the sea. Yany is very friendly and helpful. It's worth coming back on a future trip.
