This cozy 1 bedroom apartment with hints of a Cuban style has its own patio and looks out into a tropical garden. The apartment has a bedroom, a separate bathroom, a kitchen and dining area; perfect for a single person or a couple. It is located in a gated community and 5 minutes walking distance away from the beach and centre.

Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking
