Beachfront holiday rental in Cabarete

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of six. Beautiful view, within walking distance to everything in Cabarete. Luis was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed. I highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to going back.

Nice spot to stay at and very centric. Posito was great and really helpful, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. I definitely will be back again

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

A very special apartment, cozy, nice, clean, tidy, comfortable, good beds, pillows, sheets, etc. A quiet condominium, good green areas, an incredible view from the apartment to the sea, the sound of the waves, good breeze, pool area, jacuzzi and beach clean and very decent the entire complex. The young lady of very nice cleanliness, cooperative; the assistance from the host very quickly and cooperating. This apartment deserves 5 🌟 stars. 100% recommended.

The house was exactly what comes out in the post, Jhoselyn and his people were very friendly, proactive, close and attentive to any questions or recommendations. The beach the encounter is ideal to go with the children and even better if they want to learn to surf, the house close to supermarkets and other beaches by car, very quiet and safe neighborhood. We went with 5 kids and we were very comfortable, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that we have visited Ana's apt in Fortunity. An excellent place for a few days in Familia. I'm sure we'll be back

You couldn’t ask for any better than this. Right next to the beach, pool, secure building, and even a surf instructor on site! Not to mention it’s walking distance from endless restaurants and anything you could possibly want to do in Cabarete. Also, the condo itself was really nice and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the porch area and watching the ocean. Look no further! This is the spot you’re gonna want if you’re coming to Cabarete.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! CONS———NONE 🥰🙌🏼💖

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

This was a great location on the beach. We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and the location of the condo to restaurants. It was nice to be able to cook our own food in the condo. The pool and condo were very clean.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb. If you’re looking to have a great time with great atmosphere. This is your go to Airbnb. we cannot thank you enough Rosa.

Great place to stay ! Clean, peaceful and beautiful! Would 100 % repeat a visit. Lola was a great host and the place is in a perfect spot to enjoy peace and also to go to nearby beaches

Sunrise Point is a quiet, well maintained little oasis. The owner and workers are friendly and very responsive. Great view of the ocean from the second floor and yoga loft. The beach adjacent to the Villa is beautiful and great for a walk (but not swimming); playa Cabarete is a 5 minute walk, as is the downtown area. Highly recommend.

Thank you Jorg , it was a wonderful stay The place is friendly with a permanent breeze and this show of inspiring kite surfers. This very good restaurant on the beach almost allows you to live in a closed vase. I will recommend this address around me and would gladly return

Great place. Best location in the Cabarete area. Love that building. Special place. I stayed a lot of places in the area and this building. Hands-down is my favorite. Special location.

Elisabeth and Peter are wonderful hosts. We stayed in their studio 4 March 8-15th, 2025. Elisabeth arranged airport cab pick up, and return. We arrived late 11pm, and she greeted us when the cab arrived. She showed us to our studio suite and had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Everything was as described. The studio has 2 wonderful patios, and is bright and cheerful. The kitchenette had everything you would need. A water cooler with bottled water was fantastic. We brought our own NVidia shield and had TV use like at home. Peter took us for a walk around the area our first morning. The location of this studio is perfect! It's VERY close to Janet's grocer, steps to the beach, short walk to the main beach and bars and restaurants. We spent every day at the beach, and felt like we had our own private beach. You can swim in the waves, or natural coral protected calm swimming area. Chairs and sunshades are not provided, we brought our own. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Peter's place is a wonderful spot to stay in Cabarete, right on the beach. It is actually better than described and can be good for a small family or a romantic getaway for couples. You will wake up to wonderful views of sunset or if you wake up quite later, to plenty of kite surfers ! The condo has direct access to the beach and has beach chairs for use by guests and it is extremely easy to get in and out to the beach. The whole building is quite clean and quiet, except for distant music in the restaurants a short walk down the beach. If you are a digital nomad, the internet is fast too and I was able to use a VPN without any drop. There is no need for a vehicle as the location is quite close to most places in central Cabarete and there are plenty of options for food and drinks and supermarket Janet's is less than 5 mins by walk. All in all, wonderful place, great value for money and good for working from or for just relaxing by the beach. Hope to be back soon.
