Beach condo holiday rentals in Cabarete

The apt was beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I will definently stay there again!

Wow .. might be my favorite, so far in the Dominican Republic. Nice friendly community. Restaurant on site. Store close by and don't forget Quebec Smoked Meats across the street. Patio was unbelievable, listening to the ocean waves crash everyday, morning to night. And finally, the beach, unreal sunrises, quiet stressless walks, no vendors, an surreal environment. Will definitely book this place again. Thanks Teresia.

Rob was an excellent host! Communication was great from start to finish he was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. The place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I had zero complaints. I am definitely booking with him again!

Great location, great host, and very clean and comfy studio.

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.

Calm and relax place without noise, very good to relax

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. Love the city. Neighborhood is dope.

This place was great for a family with kids. You can see the playground from your balcony. Had four pools, including two smaller one for kids. The beach is very wavy, so the kids couldn’t go in the water, but it’s beautiful to look at. There’s an Italian restaurant on the property that we didn’t love, but you could walk 5 min to the nearest coffee shop for brunch, or 10 min to two other great brunch spots. At night, you could either walk 25 min to a ton of restaurants or drive 5 min. All on the beach. The apartment had three large and beautiful bedrooms. It was fully air conditioned and comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. Overall recommend this place.

Beautiful place and wonderful hosts! It's nothing like waking up to ocean views. The hosts were also super responsive and were very flexible. We wanted to leave our luggage behind for a bit longer and they were very accommodating. The only drawback is they didn't provide shampoo

Casey's place was great. Really nice condo with a nice courtyard and a nice small restaurant. Pool is close and a beautiful natural quiet beach is a 5 minute walk away. You need a car or taxi to get to Sosua which is maybe 10 minutes away, but the tranquility of the condo is worth it. A very secure and safe place to relax.

Vica's place is truly one of a kind - quiet, beautiful, stylish and relaxing. The patio and the lawn in front are perfect for meditation; the beach is always empty and great for swimming; the sunrises and the sunsets are stunning. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, with excellent A/C. The pool was being repaired, but they offer cheap access to a nearby condo complex with a giant pool, and Sosua Ocean Village next door has five pools, all free if you have a meal at the stunning Maria restaurant. It's a five minute drive to Encuentro, the surfing beach, and seven min. to Cabarete, for kiting and beachfront dining. I'll be back.

Great stay in Cabarete right off kite beach. We came here last year and liked it so much we decided to come again. Great airbnb for a family or group of kiters. Huge living room with tons of seating, balcony with incredible views, and feels very safe! Will come visit again

Encuentro in April is quiet. The yard is incredible, A+. The house is rustic and has all your basics. The break was never too crowded. Good vibe in the water. Locals and visitors were knowledgeable in the lineup making the session about surfing fun waves! Maria helped with the house everyday and she was a calming presence. We loved having her there. The groundskeepers were meticulous with the yard. And this yard is by far the best on the whole stretch of Encuentro. Our nightly guard was warm and friendly and attentive. He made our stay feel safe and better because of him. There is plenty of space for groceries. Stop at the grocery store in Sousa and enjoy your stay at the best location on the beach.
