Camera da letto è arredata con una accogliente vasca idromassaggio e una smartTv e un comoda area di lavoro. L'alloggio è ubicato nel borgo dell'antica frazione di Montericco di Albinea, in prossimità del castello medioevale di Montericco, dal quale si domina la Pianura Padana.A soli 2km dal centro del paese e a soli 15 minuti dal centro città di ReggioEmilia.E' terra tetto, compl ristrutturato: composto dal primo piano , sala cucina e div letto, ingresso e al secondo piano bagno con doccia e camera matrimon. Dispone di uno spazio coperto per bici e moto.

La nostra casa ai piedi dell'Appennino Modenese, è all'interno di un vecchio borgo ex residenza paterna dalla quale prende il nome "Saturno". La villa, posta in splendida zona collinare, si sviluppa su 2 livelli con una metratura di circa 150 mq. Al piano terra si trova il soggiorno con tv e divano, più cucina abitabile. Salendo le scale troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e il bagno, più terrazzo con vista su entrambi i lati dell'Appennino.
