The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. A bird sanctuary with more than 60 species of birds. Your stay helps us bring the romantic ruins of Skrytín Manor back to life.

Our caravan offers everything you need – in winter you will be warmed by the fireplace, in summer you will enjoy the shade of deciduous trees. If you want, you can participate in our farming life. You will taste fresh goat cheese, prepare homemade eggs for breakfast and go for a walk around Kletečná.

Fürstenwalde mountain lodge

Small cozy mountain hut, away from stress and hectic, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) located in a small forest property. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (in snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without lift). There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No Wi-Fi, poor mobile connection. Accessible by car via Wiesenweg in summer. In winter about 100 m walk. Basic electric heating.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.
