Proximity to water and swimming at the cottage as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes' drive from the cabin. 25-minute drive from central Skellefteå. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure.

Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! The house is located 200 meters from the river. There's a playhouse for the children and large grassy areas to play on. 5 km from Drivecenter Arena. Fantastic fly fishing next to the house. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 1 toilet, and an associated sauna + shower. Fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher and new washing machine. Down by the river, there's an additional sauna that can be used by the guests, with associated bathing in the river. Welcome to us for relaxation.

Nära Byske älv, en skogsälv med Sveriges bästa Laxfiske. På tomten finns Elbilsladdare. Byskeälven är en oreglerad norrländsk skogsälv med vild lax och vild öring. Även stor harr och du har mycket varierade fiskeställen som du kan prova. Barn under 17 år fiskar gratis, med fiskekort.

Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Bara 10 minuter från Skellefteå ligger vår gäststuga som är ljus, luftig och inbjudande! Hund är välkommen men inte katt p g a allergi. Stugan har stora fönster mot horisonten och är inredd med det man behöver. Smart TV och bra bredband. Här sover du i en bäddsoffa som är 140 cm bred, på en tjock resårmadrass. Från den har du också utsikt mot havet. Önskas ett separat sovrum så fråga! Ibland, men inte alltid är det ledigt. Det ligger vägg i vägg med en säng 160 cm bred.

Welcome to stay in a private part in one half of a newly-built single-story villa with its own entrance. The house is located in a child-friendly residential neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. The nearest bus stop is about 800 meters away. Grocery store, pizzeria, gym, outdoor pool, pharmacy about 2 km
