The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Literally a few steps from the pool, this bijoux house offers full kitchen (with dishwasher) bar/dining area and lounge with shower room & two bedrooms upstairs. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Pool is operational from mid May until mid October. It is not heated.
