From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 sleeping options (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can have a nice time there with 2 people. There is a private bathroom and a kitchen with all the important cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and is therefore only accessible via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful farm and you are just a 45-minute drive away from the Baltic Sea beach!

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
