Der Fadenstein Hof wurde 1877 erbaut und erlebte in den vergangenen 150 Jahren eine wilde Geschichte. Vor 3 Jahren liebevoll kernsaniert. Unser romantisches Appartement Otto ist 34qm groß, verfügt über ein modernes Duschbad, eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile, einen gemütlichen Essplatz und ein Doppelbett. Das Appartement liegt in einem Seitengebäude mit eigenem Eingang vom Hof aus und trotz der zentralen Lage am Markplatz abgeschieden und ungestört in diesem typisch Wetterauer Gehöft.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment for rent in a quiet residential area centrally located in Butzbach City. The apartment is 10 minutes from the train station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the city center with the historic market square and the Landgrafenschloss. There are some nice restaurants and a good cultural offer. Butzbach is right on the A5 and A45 and Frankfurt and Gießen can be reached quickly. The apartment is fully furnished and the terrace can be used.

Dream house with a courtyard in the middle of Butzbach

On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a lovely two-room apartment with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel at home in the approximately 50 square metres. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a living room and a bedroom with a soft double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed offers enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with many seating options for shared use.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
