Enjoy relaxing days in our modern, lovingly furnished studio in a quiet location on the southern slope of the Franconian mountains. The stylish accommodation can accommodate 1–2 people (one child up to 2 years old is also welcome and can sleep in the parents' bed). Vineyards, hiking trails and the historic old town of Marktbreit are easily accessible – ideal for couples, short breaks, business travellers and anyone who wants to discover Franconia.

The approx. 50 m² apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of Riedenheim is located on the ground floor and offers a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and a cozy living area with dining area. The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a private parking space are included. The quiet location overlooking the countryside ensures relaxation – ideal for a short vacation or longer stay.

Your getaway in beautiful Bad Mergentheim begins with a view of the entire city from the large rooftop terrace. With this special accommodation, all the important points of interest are close by, making it very easy to plan your stay. You can reach the spa park on foot in about 5-8 minutes and the city center in about 15 minutes. The Solymar thermal baths are also perfectly accessible on foot; it takes about 10 minutes.

It's the perfect place to visit Würzburg! It is a spacious, quiet apartment, 10 minutes by train from Würzburg. You have a nice bedroom and a chill corner in the living room. You can relax on the big couch and watch TV after visiting Würzburg, play cards on the wooden table or just sit on the small terrace and relax. It's the perfect mix between being close to the city and a quiet place to relax :)

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.
