On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.

In 2 minutes, you are in the center. The harbor is about a 15-minute walk. The beach is located on the outer Müritz, by bike in approx. 15 minutes, or free city bus, the stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. The bike path leads past our house in about 100 m. The vacation home is in a quiet location in the idyllic, small village of Fünfseen, district of Grüssow, about 3 km from the island town of Malchow. The vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. The rooms are bright and friendly. A fantastic and spacious garden with various seating options awaits you for relaxing hours away from the everyday hustle and bustle.
