Enjoy an exceptional stay in one of the most beautiful private castles in Normandy. Its history dates back to the 15th century and to this day the castle is still a private, inhabited and family property. The house has benefited from our most beautiful decorating ideas, bringing a lot of privacy and authenticity. The cottage is next to the castle farm, country atmosphere guaranteed.

Détendez-vous dans ce cottage calme et élégant avec vue sur les écuries, les chevaux et la vallée, magnifique à chaque saison. Le gîte est bien isolé et reste frais pendant les canicules, il est classé 3*, sans taxe de séjour. Le Haras des Souches n'est pas un centre équestre. L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail.

C'est dans les anciennes écuries du château que nous avons aménagé ce gîte. Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, c'est un lieu propice à la détente de toute la famille. Grande cuisine équipée, séjour avec écran plat, Wifi. Jardin clos, privé avec terrasse offrant de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Une chambre au RDC avec un lit 160 et salle d'eau, à l'étage, une chambre familiale avec un lit de 160 et un espace avec 2 lits simples. Une salle de bain avec baignoire-douche et double vasque.

Welcome to our peaceful home that ensures tranquility and serenity. You have a private outdoor area with a 6-seater hot tub, a fenced garden with stunning views, with garden furniture and a BBQ. A living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, fridge, induction, coffee machine...) and seating area. Two spacious bedrooms with the possibility of 6 beds. 10 minutes from the Bocasse amusement park and Clères zoo, 20 minutes from Rouen, 35 from Dieppe.

House located in the heart of the landscaped garden with two terraces. At the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for 2 persons, 3 comfortable chairs, a closet, TV, a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. Upstairs (steep staircase): 2 connecting rooms separated by a wardrobe, WC with hand washing. A bed of 140x190cm and two beds of 90x190cm. Garden salon, sun decks, table-tennis table, private parking.
