Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Butkovići

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as described. The hostess was friendly, helpful and quick to reach. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped, it contains everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. Communication with Simon was excellent, he always responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. All recommendations!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!
