Holiday rentals with beach access in Butkovići

We were very satisfied with our apartment at Sandi's and his family's. Everyone was so warm to our little son (1 year) He was even allowed to ride the daughter's tricycle every day and was always happy when he saw the family. It was a very warm and family-like stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2x small homemade strudel!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is very easy to reach in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. They were incredibly relaxing days with lovely people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An incredibly beautiful and clean accommodation with a fantastic balcony. Assistance with the boiler for hot water was provided after only 5 minutes. We will be back!

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered to help us. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! We had a perfect holiday, and we'd love to come back! We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Very nice house, equipped with everything you need. Washing machine, two bathrooms, sufficient kitchen utensils. Great garden with a nice pool and good seating. Fenced, perfect for our dogs. You can park right next to the house. The sea is almost around the corner and a small Konzum right in the village. Pula is about 20min away, but Ivan tells you where you can go anywhere. But you can also just chill in the house and enjoy the pool. High praise to Ivan, he is always available and absolutely helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Nena's house is fantastic. The location in the middle of the small, picturesque center of Fazana, the design and layout of the rooms, the equipment of the kitchen, the small sheltered courtyard behind and the terrace in front of the house - all just sensational! We were 9 people (3 generations) and had enough space to sleep, wash (3 bathrooms/toilets), cook, play, eat. Since it was even cooler, we were able to use the air conditioners on the upper floors and the cozy wood stove on the ground floor. It was comfortable and romantic From the house you can walk in 1-2 minutes to the small harbor with restaurants, two cafes and a bar (maybe more in summer) and the jetty to the island of Brijuni. 5-10 minutes walking there are many nice different swimming opportunities: gravel, stone or concrete. Jetties and 2 accessible accesses. Nenad was not there at that time. But Milan gave us a friendly welcome, looked after us perfectly and even organized us wood for the stove. Thanks, again anytime.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

We stayed at Alica's place for 11 days, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week compensated us with 20 degrees and pure sun. In case of rain, the apartment is a little cool (but there is heating) and you can see the slightly older structure, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you want, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view of the garden, among other things, of an olive tree and the sea tongue, which can be reached in 1 minute on foot, were simply wonderful. There are magnificent beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

great place and super friendly host

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

We felt right at home. Everything was very clean, well equipped, easy to find and Ksenija is a very proactive host.
