Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bütgenbach

We had a very nice stay in this house! The space is beautiful and the view is stunning. You have a lot of privacy in the garden. We stayed there with a group of friends and three small children and had a very nice time. Cécile is also very friendly and helpful. If I had to name a downside, it was that in 3 of the 4 bedrooms the window could not be opened. Fortunately, it did not get very hot, even though it was warm during the day. If you are looking for a nice house to stay in with a larger group, this is definitely recommended.

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

We were more than happy with this wonderful accommodation. The heated pool and hot tub, an ingeniously equipped kitchen, the extremely cool game room with pinball, darts & co. All rooms have very comfortable beds and it was super clean. The parking spaces in front of the door were also very practical. Pierre always responded quickly and we were even allowed to stay in the house longer on the day of departure! In the area you can go on great hikes that start right at the house. We can warmly recommend the house. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We had a nice time at Lisa and Aaron's house. You are completely in nature in a quiet area and can relax very well in the hot tub😊. The kitchen is also very well equipped - almost nothing is left to be desired. We can definitely recommend the house 😊

We were there for the second time and again completely thrilled. The apartment and the complex are well maintained, clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The pool is large, pleasantly warm (30 degrees) and an absolute highlight at any time of the day. In addition, a round of relaxation in the whirlpool and switching off is a breeze. Thank you for the smooth handling and the loving and discreet hospitality. Our 2nd stay at Villa Tropica was again an absolute highlight!

We are quite experienced Airbnb users since living in Canada BC and I should say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Didn’t really feel like advertising much and keep the place for myself/friends but Sabrina and her family deserve a good word. The place is just right to relax, enjoy nature and family. House is perfectly equipped, anything you may think of is already there. Thx to the host for not using crazy scented detergents for the bedding. We have already booked the place for summer time. Very busy! Hurry up

Warm welcome by Didier's dad, as he and Anne were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary❤️🥰🎂. Beautiful🤩, peaceful, bright, well-appointed accommodation. Everything was in line with the presentation of the site. Very clean and comfortable. Bedding, towels, bathrobe, everything was there🥰🥰🥰... Two fully equipped terraces, one with a jacuzzi and sauna and the other for eating and relaxing in the sun. Very well maintained garden and private and intimate space... Bikes available and possibility to load the car🚗👌. My spouse, for whom it was a surprise, loved it❤️❤️❤️. We recommend 👌👌👌👌 We will return there hoping to greet Anne and Didier to whom we wish many more years of happiness 💖💖💖 Catherine and Philippe

We had a very nice holiday in the house with 4 families for 4 nights. Great terrace and a large fenced garden. House was very spacious and as described. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again. Thank you Martine.

The six of us spent a long weekend with great pleasure in François' house. The garden is really fantastic and the house is also equipped with all comforts. We actually saw very little of the surroundings because we had such a good time in and around the pool and on the tennis court. François is a super host, very friendly, responds quickly and was always willing to help (he came for example to bring a parasol and extra fans, very nice!). Highly recommended!

Great host. Claude was super communicative thorough-out the stay. The villa is great for a nice getaway from the city. It’s in the middle of nowhere so don’t expect to have much stuff going on around in term of restaurants or bars. But that’s exactly why we loved it. Great pool, jacuzzi and game areas. Barbecue was also very cool, although could have been bigger given how big the garden is. The only downside was the extra payments that the host asked outside of the Airbnb fees (deposit, cleaning, sheets). They were listed in the description so no surprise, but it wasn’t the most transparent way to do transactions without the security of the Airbnb platform. Overall - highly recommended for a nice getaway with friends or family in belgium!

We had a wonderful time in Hayen with our family. The house is cozy, well maintained and offers all the comforts you need. The location is very quiet, so you can completely relax, and the garden is a beautiful place to sit together, eat or just enjoy the surroundings. Everything was neat and tidy on arrival, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. An absolute must for families or families looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful and quiet environment.

With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What was striking, after previous experiences, was that crockery and cutlery were very widely available and the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing was wrong. The facilities were as promised. Delightful free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the noise into account with the neighbours. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, a technician arrived within an hour of reporting it and quickly fixed it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Despite the bad weather, we were not bored for a minute. Jacuzzi, games, lots to do in the area. In a word, great

We had a fantastic time in Malmedy! The location of the house is perfect—just outside the village and surrounded by nature. The private path leading up to the house was a hit with the kids, who loved the short climb! We were warmly welcomed by Christiana’s son, who guided us to the house. The drive up is a bit exciting the first time, but it’s absolutely manageable and adds to the experience. The house looked exactly like the pictures, which we really appreciated. Everything matched our expectations perfectly!

Yasmina is a great host :) She gave us our space but still gave us all the information we needed. The accommodation was perfect for a short getaway and the hot tub was also easy to use 😊 Always happy to come back 🫶🏼

We had a great stay in the cottage. We had set the jacuzzi a little cooler, given the warm outside temperatures, so it was wonderful to bubble in cool water. The chalet is very neat and clean. Small note: 'tiny' is really 'tiny' :-) A small piece of advice I want to give: if you go there when it is really hot, you can take an extra cooler or something, because the mini-bar is really small. But we had communicated with Abder about this in advance, so we were prepared. Abder is a very good host. He answers the questions very quickly, and answers them truthfully. We had a nice stay. Recommended.

Comfortable and newly refurbished house with luxury Jacuzzi. The house has everything you'll need. Friendly owner. Surroundings are beautiful for cycling and hiking and Maastricht and Valkenburg are easy to reach from here. We enjoyed!

Really cosy accommodation. Very adequately furnished and we lacked for nothing. It was very clean. There are great hiking routes in the area that you can explore.

Super cozi accommodation, the sona outdoor space, Nordic bath, .... just impeccable, a very quiet place, very well located , not far from spa and forest trade for walks , it was just perfect , thank you again 😁🙂👌
