It is located in the exclusive Caves Ridge Development adjacent to the Heritage listed iconic Caves House hotel and extensive 4.5 hectare gardens. The gardens are stunning and said to be a sacred aboriginal area symbolising “ a place of love!” The apartment has 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms 1 queen and 1 twin bedroom. A large sitting room with small kitchenette, equipped with TV, video,iPod docks, small fridge, free WiFi , microwave, toaster, sink and tea and coffee facilities, with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living space. The apartment has an outdoor spa available for requested use during your stay. Also there is laundry access available for longer staying guests. The apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom. This apartment has totally separate access surrounded by trees and gardens with total privacy. The beauty of this apartment is that you have the privacy of a holiday home without the expense of an entire house rental. Perfect for couples or 2 singles who don’t want the expense of 2 separate hotel rooms or a large home. There is close access to the restaurants and bars of Caves House as well as the iconic Andy’s cafe for coffee, breakfast or lunch and the newspapers without having to get in a car. There are also movie nights over summer, markets and yoga in the adjacent gardens, with the fabulous Yallingup Beach a 5 minute walk through gardens and the beautiful ghost trail.

The perfect studio apartment for a beach holiday or stop over on a tour of the South West. Incredible views of the Indian Ocean, where dolphins and whales can be spotted if you are fortunate! Comfort, cleanliness and beauty are my priorities in creating the right environment for the perfect holiday. I provide all linens, towels, toiletries, a selection of breads and jams, cereals, fresh milk, teas and coffee. 4 mins drive to CBD, 7 mins to dolphin discovery centre and 10mins to Farmers Market.
