House holiday rentals in Bussana

My 3 friends and I had a lovely long weekend break at this property. Fab to have so much outdoor space to enjoy and the house was nice and clean. It's near roads but we weren't disturbed by traffic. As others noted though, walking to/from the house could be tricky if you had kids due to lack of pavements. I got a bit confused about who was managing the place as I had different people messaging/checking me in. Not a big deal though. Overall a really lovely stay and a fab find in sanremo.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est idyllique, avec une vue imprenable. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de visite, balade ou même après la plage. L’emplacement est également top : au calme, tout en étant proche du centre-ville 20 min voiture centre Nice et plage 20 min voiture (Attention 5 min de petit chemin pour l’accès à la villa). Nicolas est très réactif ,de bon conseils et disponibles . Une adresse que nous recommandons sans problème.

Logement fidèle au descriptif, hôte accueillant, disponible, de bons conseils, environnement calme, un plus la piscine pour se rafraîchir 👍, sans aucun doute, adresse à garder et à recommander. Merci Pascal, Annaik et Laurent

Siamo stati davvero molto bene per i nostri giorni di vacanza al mare. La casa era adattissima alle nostre esigenze e sarebbe stata ottima anche per più di due persone. Ringraziamo per la gentilezza nell'accoglienza e nelle informazioni per ambientarci al meglio nella zona.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Oliven-und Zitronenbäumen. Sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und schöne Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Moskitogitter an den Fenstern sind sehr praktisch. Carlo war ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Das Häuschen von Tatjana ist ein Träumchen! Ein so gut rundum perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir selten gehabt. Unsere 10 Tage im Mai waren vom Wetter her eher kühl, so dass wir den Kamin und das reichlich vorhandene Holz besonders zu schätzen wussten, ebenso wie die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich draußen ein schönes Plätzchen zum Relaxen auf den bequemen Sonnenliegen zu suchen, je nachdem, ob man die volle Sonne, Halbschatten unter den Olivenbäumen oder vollen Schatten suchte, waren ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Der Pfad zum wild rauschenden Bergbach unten im Tal war gut zu finden, für ältere Kinder und fitte Erwachsene könnte das Baden in diesem Bach im Sommer sicherlich ein großes Vergnügen sein - uns war das Wasser leider noch viel zu kalt! Der Urlaub an diesem wirklich zauberhaften Ort war viel zu kurz, um alles auszuschöpfen, was die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet - wir müssen wohl noch einmal kommen! :) Außergewöhnlich!

Lovely little apartment , perfect for a family of three. Shower was good, and nice to have a washing machine to use . Be prepared to walk uphill and on cobbled paths, this could be difficult for people with health/ disability issues .Especially if you’ve done a food shop in the neighbouring supermarket 😁 The parking is tricky at the weekends , however there is another car parking area at the top of the village. Self catering accommodation , had all the essentials , just needed to buy some little extras like toilet rolls , to see us through the week. Apartment was cosy , clean with the most breathtaking views. The bedroom upstairs is very suited to agile persons as the roof and beds are low . The village is charming , loved the square and the little shop. Neighbouring villages are worth visiting , the Rocchetta Nervina rock pools were a particular highlight for us. Lovely atmosphere, locals, food and wine , Anne was a great helpful host. Recommend you stay here in lovely Apricale

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

La casa è ancora meglio di come si vede nelle foto, è una villetta su due piani, dislocata su un pendio panoramico, a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro. Esiste una strada stretta, percorribile con una macchina piccola, o la strada più ampia, ma comunque per raggiungere l’alloggio si fa la salita (ripida) o circa 100 scalini. La fatica è ripagata dalla vista spettacolare dalla terrazza, che è ancora più bella di come si vede in foto perché recentemente riammodernata. Fare colazione o pranzare lì, anche in inverno come abbiamo fatto noi, non ha prezzo. Anche la casa è molto ben arredata, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutto. È un’ottima soluzione per chi ama camminare o ha un mezzo piccolo per salire e scendere facilmente. Lo consiglierei assolutamente! Da tenere presente che in inverno il riscaldamento è conteggiato a parte e pagato alla fine del soggiorno.

Wir waren von der Großzügigkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung begeistert. Es war alles da, sogar verpackte Lebensmittel und Getränke für den ersten Tag. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf's Meer ist sehr schön und die Lage der Wohnung in einem alten Dorf sehr ruhig. Parken war dank Camillas Hinweisen unproblematisch. Die Gegend eignet sich wunderbar zum Wandern und (E-)Radfahren. Rundum eine wunderbare Woche in Costarainera!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut und haben auch gute Empfehlungen parat.

Corrado hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Casa Teresa sehr herzlich empfangen . Für unseren ersten Urlaubstag gab es u.a. selbst angebautes Olivenöl, Liimoncello und Focaccia. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung war ein echter Volltreffer und wir konnten Corrado jederzeit bei Fragen erreichen. Auch die Mappe mit den tollen Empfehlungen für Strände, Unternehmungen, Restaurants und sehr gutes Eis war toll, um sich in der wunderschönen Umgebung auf Entdeckungstour zu begeben. Er war mehrfach vor Ort und wir fanden es spannend, sich mit ihm auszutauschen. Eine absolute, herzliche Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im AirBnB von Elena. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas ab vom Schuss (2,3 km Fahrt über eine schmale Straße), aber gerade das macht ihren Reiz und den Charme aus. Man lebt toll gelegen mitten in der Natur und hat einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben in unserer Woche Wanderurlaub viel mit unseren beiden Hunden erleben können und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Une pépite en pleine nature face à la mer dans une très belle propriété Les propriétaires sont adorables , toujours à notre soin et à notre écoute , La maison est arrangée avec beaucoup de goût , des petites attentions partout!! J’ai eu la chance de profiter de cet endroit apaisant et j ai pu me ressourcer, la vue est splendide !! Merci à Mario et Louana pour leur accueil !!

Ottimo appartamento nuovissimo, hai tutto quello di cui hai bisogno per un soggiorno. Si ha bisogno di un automezzo perché rimane in una zona tranquilla su una collina. Gianna è molto amichevole e disponibile. Torneremo volentieri. Grazie di tutto.

Casa Renata è un luogo speciale, oltre che una casa incantevole. Per noi è stata perfetta: cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove poter lavorare da remoto al mattino, e poi rilassarci immersi nella natura, tra le colline o al mare. La casa è stata ristrutturata con grande gusto, attenzione ai dettagli e una chiara visione estetica. Gli spazi, sia interni che esterni, sono ben distribuiti e rendono l’abitazione estremamente confortevole e accogliente. Va segnalato che l’accesso potrebbe risultare un po’ impegnativo per chi ha difficoltà motorie, a causa della salita e del fondo in ciottoli che conduce alla casa.

Hote très accueillant, et tres agréable, de bon conseil. Le site est très agréable à l'écart de la foule de touristes, tout en étant à proximité de tout. la maison. est agréable a vivre avec toutes les commodités. excellent sejour

Terrific host! Can't say enough. Very busy with her farm/store/olives/vineyard but ALWAYS available. She gave us an education during an hour tasting of her special oil + wine. Chickens on site for fresh eggs! Hot tub! Terraces everywhere! AND A KILLER VIEW! Beautiful villages to visit. We love Imperia. We had poor weather and it didn't even matter. We were comfy and with our loved ones. We'll be back and will send our friends. Grazie Frederica!
