There is electricity in the cabin, water can be collected in the water post on the way to the cabin. The cabin is located in beautiful natural surroundings, great hiking terrain and ski slopes nearby. The cabin has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (bunk bed in one room and double bed in the other) There is no private bathroom in the cabin, but a washbasin and a shower that can be used outside. There is an outhouse at the cabin that is in the same building as the cabin.

The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. You can take a lovely bath in the bathtub, fire in the fireplace or take a quiet relaxing day with a book in bed. There are many hiking opportunities at Golsfjellet both winter and summer, ski slopes and nice bike paths. It takes about 25 minutes to Hemsedal with Norway's largest alpine resort, restaurants and High and Low climbing park. The nearest grocery store is Joker Robru about 10 minutes from the cabin.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.
