Small cabin with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here you can experience a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice walk, a bit heavy in some parts. Recommended to go up before it gets dark. Remember to bring good shoes and warm clothes. At the top awaits the prize, flat and nice with beautiful views :) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Log cabin from 2003 with a large terrace with a fire pit, there is a road to the cabin with its own parking space. There is electricity in the cabin, water can be collected in the water post on the way to the cabin. The cabin is located in beautiful natural surroundings, great hiking terrain and ski trails nearby. The cabin has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (bunk bed in one room and double bed in the other) There is no private bathroom in the cabin, but a washing water barrel and a shower that can be used outside. There is an outhouse at the cabin that is in the same building as the cabin.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Cabin for rent of about 50 m2. The place is majestically located in Nord-Aurdal municipality on top of Fødnesvegen. You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. På 920 moh får dere fantastisk utsikt mot Gaustatoppen, fredelige omgivelser og svært gode solforhold fra morgen til kveld. Kort vei til snaufjellet, flotte turmuligheter, fiske, bading og langrenn, i tillegg til seterliv på Håvardsrud og kulturarven på Rjukan, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste. Gaustablikk skisenter ligger 50 km fra hytta. Hytta passer godt for familier og gjester som ønsker ro, natur, utsikt og gode opplevelser året rundt.

New bathroom with wall-mounted toilet and shower, tiles and heating cables. Great view to the south-west, sun all day. Groomed ski slopes in the area and marked trails in summer towards Sørbølfjell (1077 m above sea level).

Located only 1.5 hours from Oslo Airport, the cabin overlooks the fjord and offers opportunities for golf, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and spa experiences.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
