Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

A large covered porch is an essential feature in a southern home and you will find yourself compelled to sit there in the afternoon after a long day exploring Wilmington. It has an open living room/kitchen concept downstairs w 1/2 bath, and 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom upstairs. Hardwood floors, concrete counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and hot water.

Welcome to Brooklyn Arts District bungalow! This cozy retreat is just a short stroll from local breweries, restaurants, and art galleries, only a few blocks from Historic Downtown, and about 10 miles from Wrightsville Beach. We’re pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along. Dogs are welcome for $25 per night, per dog, with the pet fee paid separately the morning of check-in. They’ll love the fenced-in backyard and the walkable, sidewalk-lined streets!

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
