Great spot and host. Cozy vibes 100%. When we had some issues the hosts were quick to respond and kind. Recommend.

The property was just as pictured, and absolutely gorgeous. Cory was very responsive and courteous, we really appreciated the local suggestions and his responsiveness. It was very hard to leave, the home in Plainfield/calais felt very comfortable and of course, breathe-taking beautiful. It can be a trek to get supplies and things, but it’s the Vermont countryside, just plan ahead and you’ll be fine. All in all, an incredible experience. Thank you

They were truly wonderful hosts to us in their wonderful home --- going the extra mile with snacks, breakfast foods and even a welcoming fire in the fireplace. We could NOT have been made to feel more welcome and comfortable. THANK YOU, Gail!!!!!

Michael's home is just perfect. Clearly they put a tremendous amount of thoughtful consideration into the design and decoration of their home. It has everything you need and is charming and comfortable. We can't wait to stay again!

We had a great time staying with Bill and Nancy. The house was spotless, exceptionally well-equipped if you want to cook for yourself, and was a very homey spot for our family celebration. The location was beautiful -- right by the river -- and was convenient to most any adventures you'd want to undertake in the Northeast Kingdom. Only note: the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep and would pose problems for people with mobility challenges.

Cozy ski in ski out condo right at the lower mountain lift. Lisa’s place was clean, easy to find and provided excellent access to the great skiing that Burke Mountain has to offer. Bonus feature was being able to watch the snow-cats work on the mountain trails at night. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Joe's place last weekend! The location was great (right at the base of Burke mountain) and easy to drive into town or hop over to some of the mountain biking trails. Joe was extremely friendly and responsive and wanted to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views from the nice open living, dining, kitchen area. Was a great fit for our long weekend trip to ski and ice climb... with easy access to Franconia, Cannon, etc. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils you'd want. There's a Nest thermostat and Robert helpfully turned on the heat before we arrived, so it was nice and warm immediately on entry. I would advise that in winter the path from the driveway to the house wouldn't be suitable for everyone (at least without using a walking stick or trekking pole), but it was fine for us.

Very nice newish place and super convenient location for the NE Kingdom trails-- and great to have bike storage in the basement. Enjoyed the grill on the deck and the cornhole was fun to have. Owner needs to work a bit on the quirky front door (lock sticks in an odd way)- and the folks staying in the bedrooms downstairs noted the issue with the sheets slipping off the mattress that was mentioned by others.

Nice house in a great location, right in town so you can walk to the bike shop or restaurants. Good bike storage with an easy access hose for easy cleanup after a ride with some mud which seems to be the standard this year. The house had all supplies you would need and Tommy was very proactive and responsive for any questions. I'd definitely stay again.

We booked this airbnb last minute and were very happy. The location was off the beaten path and a great place to get our dogs out to play and run after we spent a day riding at kingdom trails. It was private and the perfect place to disconnect and recharge for a few days! Michael was super communicative and responsive. Overall a great place to stay and we will definitely book this again if it is available on our next trip to the NEK.

Lisa’s place is lovely! We were a party of 5 visiting the area to mountain bike. Easy access to Kingdom Trails and 6-7 minutes to downtown. The sleeping arrangement description isslightly off; it’s 1 king, 1 queen, a double and 2 twins. This may be important for couples.

We had a wedding at Burke Mountain and stayed at Kathleen's place, rather then the hotel. It was the perfect home base for the weekend. The town of East Burke is super New England and quaint. The condo is great for 3 couples or a family. It was very clean and well furnished. What stuck out most to me was the cleanliness and how comfortable the beds were. Would love to go back for a ski weekend!

My family had a fabulous time at Israel’s place. The getaway was just what we needed to bond and recharge. Using the hot tub under the stars with snow on the ground was a truly magical experience. We spent our lazy days sitting by the fire, playing board games and cooking as a family. We did take a trip to Lake Willoughby for a hike. It was amazing. It reminded me of a Norwegian fjord. Five stars all around. I would definitely recommend and would rent again in the future from Israel.

It's an absolutely adorable cabin surrounded by beautiful Vermont woods! Just a short drive from the main road, the cabin is accessible but private, very well kept, and tastefully furnished! It's also situated close to the quaint towns of Burke and Brighton, and is a 20 min drive from the scenic Lake Willoughby and Mount Pisgah. Manisha is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome!

Walter was an excellent host. The house location is amazing and on such a beautiful piece of property. Access to hiking trails, proximity to town and spectacular views made our stay very enjoyable this winter. We will definitely look to return next year! What a great area of VT.

We had a great weekend in Glover! A clean, bright, well designed home with lovely views. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well supplied and Kyle and Jenny were responsive and friendly. Don’t ignore their warnings about the road - it’d be nearly impossible to get there in the winter or mud season without snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive. I’d definitely go back!

this was my second time staying at the airbnb, my girlfriend and I absolutely love the house & property. The locals are extremely nice & helpful as well. We had a flat tire and took it to Hays Auto and even though they were busy they took care of us and were extremely kind. The house is gorgeous and extremely private. Very clean as well when we arrived. Scott was amazing just like last time on if we needed anything or if we got up there with no problems! My girlfriend and I will also choose this airbnb when we stay in vermont. Greensboro & It’s locals have a special place in our heart! You won’t be disappointed if you stay there! ps go to blackbird bistro! their food is amazing, great environment and only around 15minutes from the Airbnb it’s our go to!

This is second time renting this house but first renting since Robin owned it and they have done great upgrades! House is awesome location for all KT activities! We biked, hiked and then biked again! Easy walk to dinner and Tiki hut! Reted with all adult friends who have biked for 20 years and we had great time! Thanks from Bike603

The area is gorgeous, stunning view. We spent so much time outside, it was a perfect space for our toddler to play around. The bedroooms were well located and isolated in the house so we could be loud in the main area without disrupting the 3 toddlers naps and bedtime which was awesome. We found everything we needed and more. We recommand that place !

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
