Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Burjassot

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

Great location and a great stay. Hosts were responsive via the app and text. Clean and exactly as described. Of note - there were many flights of steep narrow stairs. While this was not an issue for us, it may be helpful information for another guest!

This place was awesome I felt right at home and the space was huge! I wish it was closer to the center. It was a little noisy outside the bedroom. There was also a kid running around upstairs it was annoying but it’s not Miguel’s fault. The space was great and I really enjoyed my time! Miguel was so responsive and made sure everything was readily available.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment — it was the perfect home base for our time in Valencia. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how *spotlessly clean* and beautifully decorated it was. Every detail, from the tasteful artwork to the amazing lighting made the space feel both elegant and welcoming. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from cafes, shopping, and the metro. Javier clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and memorable experience. Everything was exactly as described and communication and recommendations were appreciated and excellent.

Had a great holiday, the host was very nice and checked regularly if we needed anything. The apartment is close to tram and bus stop with which we could easily go to the beach and the center, which was great! There is also a supermarket very close by and the basic necessities for cooking were already present in the house. Shampoo and bodywash was also present and it was very nice that there was an air conditioner.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Beautiful place and amenities Host was always ready to answer our queries. Supermarket was a few steps down the street. Close to bus stops to the main city sights. Beach 3 blocks walking distance.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Apartment as in the photos, all new and clean, the kitchen/dining table are small but we ate 4 without problems. The neighborhood is quiet with several grocery stores nearby. Very convenient for buses and the metro. Pilar gave us clear directions and was available.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay with friends. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the centre, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

We had a fabulous holiday in Valencia & were delighted we chose Pilar's apartment. It is located close to Russafa, which has some lovely cafes, restaurants & bars, as well as being within close proximity of both the old town & beach by bicycle. Pilar's place is very clean, comfortable & well equipped, with a patio at the rear to relax in. She provided plenty of recommedations for things to do in the area & went above & beyond to help us when we mislayed a bag in the taxi from the airport. We would highly recommend her apartment.

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

It was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. Venetia tried very hard to make us feel comfortable, the recommendations she made to us in restaurants and places to visit were very successful. The apartment is very nice, quiet, modern, has everything you need, a great detail is that it has oil, salt, coffee, which are appreciated to be able to make breakfast, you don't hear noise, for me that's vital. She responds very quickly to any concerns. Something that was strange for us is the parking, it is difficult to find a space, if you go by car, keep it in mind because you will have to search patiently and if it is the case leave it several blocks away, but it is something normal in Spain so we could understand l.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, with easy access to public transport and a supermarket. It's bigger than it looks in the photos, and the beds are very comfortable. Javier is an excellent host, and gives good tips for getting to know the city. Thank you and look forward to returning!
