Our stay was very comfortable, the apartment was clean and fragrant when we arrived. We didn't cook in the place, but it had all the necessary utensils. Full laundry, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.

The apartment belongs to a set of apartment blocks in a residential complex. This residential complex is located in a good, quiet neighborhood with many avenues, close to the Unimed unit, a great supermarket and drugstore. The apartment is in great condition, well equipped and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a good parking space. The residential complex has two entrances and can be considered very safe. I recommend it to anyone who wants or needs to spend a few days in Araçatuba.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and organized. The condominium is excellent, the place is beautiful and quiet and the host is a ten. I highly recommend it.

Great accommodation, clean apartment and impeccable bedding. I loved the stay, all as advertised. Despite the warmth that the city presents and the Air Conditioning of the room worked very well yes. Very attentive Jake and Gi. For me the location is great in addition to being close to my mum's house. Very satisfied and I will rent again when I return to the city.
