The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads into the granny flat invites you to linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train that takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

Beautiful new tiny house in a pretty garden. Conveniently located between Nuremberg and Neumarkt OPf with S-Bahn access to both cities. Train station is within easy walking distance. The garden is part of the detached house we live in. The garden is shared. However, the terrace in front of the TinyHouse is only used by the guests. Our terrace is on the other side of the garden.
