Wir möchten euch gerne in unserer gemütlichen und im Grünen gelegenen Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Pleißa begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn A4 und A72 ist man schnell in sehenswerten Städten wie Dresden, Leipzig und Weimar, oder im wunderschönen Westerzgebirge. Die Chemnitzer City erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz für die kleineren Kinder. Auf vielen Wanderwegen könnt ihr die Gegend erkunden.

The house has been completely renovated and gutted in 2024 and has air conditioning for summer and winter Since we have 2 children ourselves and live in the second apartment, we make sure that your children are thought of. Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung umfasst 80 qm und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses in einer Nebenstraße. Hartmannsdorf bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Gaststätten, Spielplatz und Freibad mit 10m Turm erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten. Es besteht die Anbindung an die A 72 und den Nahverkehr.
