I had a great time. The location of the building is just 3-4 minutes from the sea. Boryana was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with me. I had to check in in the evening and she waited me patiently and checked me in. Provided information about the busses and town. The place is quiet and there is hot water 24/7 and wifi. Stores and restaurants are around the building. No AC but it was OK for me. Would go back again and recommend!! Thank you!

Къщата е приказна! Много по-голяма и красива от очакваното. Пространствата са огромни, а интериорът е стилен и артистичен. Изключително уютно и различно е - усещането е като за много специален дом, категорично не като хотел. Намира се сред лозя и овощни градини - пълна изолация, тишина и природа, а по време на престоя си се радвахме и на магични залези. Изкарахме наистина много специална Коледа там - цялото семейство. Благодарни сме на домакините - Мартин и хората, които се грижат за къщата. Единственото предизвикателство за мен беше, че е в къщата е хладно при пристигане, особено в най-голямата спалня - там е студено, но помещенията са наистина огромни и предполагам, че няма как да е по-друг начин. Проблемът се решава бързо, след като камините поработят известно време. Преживяването в Поляна е много различно! Категорично си заслужава, а за нас беше буквално вълшебно!

Amazing host! We will definitely come back some day. Very clean and tidy, had an AC, blowdrier, towels. The location was peaceful and close to the centre.

Das Guesthouse liegt etwas außerhalb von Sinemorets, aber sowohl der traumhafte Strand als auch das sehr lebendige Dorf mit lauter Restaurants, Läden und Bars sind fußläufig in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Dafür hat man hier wirklich seine Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick aus dem üppigen Garten in den Nationalpark. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und mit kleinem Esstisch vor der Tür und alle können eine der beiden sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen im Garten oder im Haus benutzen. Toll fanden wir auch das Billardzimmer. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns geholfen, einen Bus für unsere Weiterreise rauszusuchen. Alles in allem war das für uns der perfekte Ort, um sowohl Ruhe und Natur als auch etwas Nachtleben auf unserer Bulgarien-Reise zu genießen. Wir empfehlen das Guesthouse wärmstens!

Amazing location for family with kids, so close to beautiful beach Irakli. Cosy, intimate, surrounded by nature and packed with great gear to keep the kids busy (trampooline, slide, swings, pool), the place goes straight into my shortlist and I can’t wait to visit again.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Останахме доволни и бихме избрали пак това място ако посетим Созопол. Локацията е страхотна, централният плаж, Хармани и Старият град са изключително близо. Домакинът е гостоприемен и приятен. Беше много спокойно, страхотна гледка от балкона и много, много чисто! Доволни сме от престоя си!

Прекрасно място и прекрасен домакин. Щастливи сме, че бяхме гости в тази къща и прекарахме почивката си в нея! Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново тук, ако се върнем в Созопол : )

The place was awesome. It had a great balcony and a kitchen that everyone could use. Everyone was super helpful and nice. I highly recommend it.
